Ironically, 110 years later on January 19, 2013, Lance Armstrong admitted to doping in all seven of his Tour de France victories. (source: https://www.onthisday.com/events/january/19 ) So, to put things in perspective, starting a little meat-free blog in my little corner of the universe seems a little insignificant. But here goes anyway. I am (rapidly) approaching 44 years old. I share my home with a (nearly) 5-year-old and a spouse in the last year of his 4th decade. Seems like the perfect time for us to embrace a more planet-friendly, plant-full lifestyle. I will eat (almost) anything.
